Jan Elizabeth Tighe (born September 16, 1962) is a retired United States Navy vice admiral who served as Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Information Warfare and 66th Director of Naval Intelligence from July 15, 2016 to July 2018. Prior to that, Tighe served as the Commander of the Tenth Fleet and Fleet Cyber Command.

Dr. Susan Miele is a transformational leader and workplace well-being advocate dedicated to redefining the narrative around menopause. Susan frequently speaks and writes about workforce inclusivity, gender equality, and the retention of senior women, challenging organizations to see menopause as a key factor in creating supportive, inclusive workplaces. 

A former Chief People Officer at Ginkgo Bioworks, Susan led efforts to make biology easier to engineer. At Foundation Medicine Inc., she built a People Team that helped drive the company’s rapid global growth and earned it multiple Best Places to Work awards. Her career spans senior leadership roles across biotech, publishing, finance, and more.

Experienced in Supply Chain Management and Global Strategic Sourcing with a demonstrated history of working in the machinery industry with over 20 years of experience. Skilled in Negotiation, Business Planning, Operations Management, Business Intelligence and Analytics. Business Development and Strategy professional graduated from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.

Police Chief Jordan Venezio is a Flathead Valley native, graduating from Columbia Falls High School.   He started with the Kalispell Police Department in 2009 and was promoted to Chief of Police in July of 2023. Prior to being promoted to Police Chief, Venezio worked in nearly all areas of the police department including the patrol division, motorcycle unit, SWAT, School Resource Officer, and the Drug Task Force.  

Chief Venezio has a bachelor’s degree in business, a master’s certificate in Criminal Justice Education and is a graduate of both the FBI Command College and class 286 of the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia.

While not at work, Chief Venezio enjoys all things outdoors with his wife and two children.

Born and raised in Missoula, Tobin Addington is a professional screenwriter and director whose work has been optioned and commissioned by independent and Hollywood production companies alike. His credits include Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon: Sword of Destiny (2016), A Christmas Stray (2021), The Christmas Detective (2023), and 24-Karat Christmas (2024) A graduate of the Columbia University MFA Film Program, Tobin spent 15 years writing and teaching in New York City.
